Your monthly subscription includes:
-Up to one follow up appointment per month if desired - An appointment is REQUIRED at least every 6 months
IF YOU HAVE BEEN SEEN IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS YOU CAN JUST START YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, THEN INFORMATION TO REGISTER WITH THE PORTAL WILL BE SENT AND THEN YOU CAN REQUEST MEDICATION AS YOU NORMALLY WOULD UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED.
-Monthly medication refills sent to your pharmacy of choice
-Ability to message provider up to 3 times on secure platform (anything over 3 messages will be an extra fee)
-Discounted access to education courses
Once you submit your order, your information will be confirmed that you have been a previous patient and entered into the new patient system.
