Skin Bright
from $180.00

The Skin Bright IV is an infusion that delivers three powerful antioxidants — Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Glutathione, and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) — directly into your bloodstream, bypassing digestion for maximum absorption with the potential benefits of:

–      Brighter, more even skin tone; reduced dark spots, melasma, and hyperpigmentation

–      Improved skin texture, firmness, and elasticity

–      Reduced visible signs of aging

–      Whole-body antioxidant and detoxification support

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

–      Essential for collagen production, which supports skin firmness and elasticity

–      Independently inhibits melanin formation to reduce dark spots and uneven tone

–      Neutralizes free radicals from UV exposure and environmental damage

Glutathione

–      Blocks tyrosinase, the key enzyme that triggers melanin (pigment) production

–      Shifts skin tone toward lighter pigment (pheomelanin) and away from darker pigment (eumelanin)

–      Supports liver detoxification and DNA repair

ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid)

–      Reduces melanin production and improves dark spots and melasma

–      Works in both water- and fat-based environments in your cells — uniquely versatile

–      Regenerates Vitamin C and Glutathione, extending their effectiveness

WHY ALL THREE TOGETHER?

ALA boosts glutathione levels and recycles Vitamin C; Vitamin C recycles Vitamin E and independently reduces pigment; Glutathione further reduces and redirects pigment. Together, they create a layered antioxidant system more effective than any single ingredient alone.

Calm & Recovery
$150.00

This IV infusion combines Magnesium Chloride, Zinc Sulfate, and Vita Complex (B-vitamins) to help your body and mind recover from everyday physical and mental stress. It's designed to promote relaxation, support healthy nervous system function, and replenish nutrients your body may be depleted of due to stress, poor diet, or high demands on daily life.

How Each Ingredient Supports Your Nervous System

  • Magnesium Chloride helps regulate calcium levels in the body, which controls how muscles and nerves fire — this supports healthy nerve signaling and helps prevent overstimulation of the nervous system.

  • Magnesium also helps increase levels of GABA, the brain's primary calming neurotransmitter, which is part of why it's associated with a more relaxed, less "wired" feeling.

  • Niacinamide (B3) plays a role in neuroprotection and healthy neuron communication, and is involved in nerve repair and maintenance.

  • Pyridoxine (B6) is a required cofactor for making several neurotransmitters, supporting overall nervous system signaling and function.

How Each Ingredient Supports Mood

  • Zinc Sulfate: Low zinc levels are associated with higher depression risk, and restoring zinc levels is linked to mood improvement in multiple clinical studies. Zinc also supports BDNF, a protein that helps the brain adapt, repair, and form new connections.

  • Pyridoxine (B6) is directly involved in converting tryptophan into serotonin, the neurotransmitter most associated with mood stability and healthy sleep. Research has also found that B6 and magnesium work synergistically to reduce symptoms of low mood and anxiety when combined.

  • Niacinamide (B3) has been linked in research to improved mood, better stress resilience, and improved overall quality of life.

  • Magnesium helps regulate the body's stress response system (the HPA axis), which controls cortisol and adrenaline release, supporting a calmer emotional state.

What You Might Notice

  • A sense of calm or reduced tension during and after the infusion

  • Support for better sleep quality in the days following treatment

  • Reduced muscle tension or cramping

  • General feeling of being "refreshed and restored," as described in the intended purpose of this infusion.

Glutathione

Potential Benefits

  • Master antioxidant — neutralizes free radicals and reduces oxidative stress at the cellular level, and even helps regenerate vitamins C and E in the body.

  • Skin brightening/anti-aging — reduces hyperpigmentation, evens skin tone, and supports collagen/elasticity, making it the most commonly marketed cosmetic benefit. For skin brightening benefit, it typically requires repeat sessions (see Snow Bright infusion)

  • Immune support — enhances natural killer cell and T-cell activity, helping the body respond to infection and regulate inflammation.

  • Liver detox — binds to toxins (including heavy metals and alcohol byproducts) so the liver can clear them more efficiently.

  • Energy/mitochondrial support — protects mitochondrial DNA and function, which patients often notice as improved energy and reduced fatigue

  • Circulation — some research shows improved blood flow and reduced leg pain in peripheral artery disease patients.

  • Athletic recovery — reduces exercise-induced oxidative stress, aiding post-workout recovery.

Typically best to avoid if any of these apply to you:

  • Iron supplements (oral, same-day) — iron can increase the oxidative reactions that break down glutathione before it acts; best to separate iron dosing by 4-6 hours from any glutathione administration.

  • Active chemotherapy patients, especially platinum-based agents — glutathione may interfere with chemo efficacy; requires oncologist clearance before any glutathione protocol, oral or IV.

  • Alcohol — Avoid alcohol 24-48 hours before/after, since alcohol metabolism rapidly depletes the glutathione just infused, this would defeat the purpose of the treatment.

  • Contraindications for the push itself: pregnancy/breastfeeding, asthma, and known glutathione allergy

Options Available

These are available as ‘‘IV push” that goes in after another IV infusion has completed

Glutathione 600mg = $35

Glutathione 1200mg = $ 65

Glutathione 2000mg = $100

NAC - (N-acetylcysteine or Acetylcysteine)

NAC supplies the cysteine your body needs to manufacture glutathione internally, complementing (not replacing) a direct glutathione push. This makes it a natural "supporting" add-on positioned either alongside or as an alternative to glutathione. NAC also helps in the regulation of glutamate, a neurotransmitter responsible for sending signals between the brain and nerves in the body. Acetylcysteine is also used for other conditions such as infertility, addictive behavior, and psychiatric diseases such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder

Pairs well with:

  • Vitamin C

  • Glutathione

  • ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid)

  • Taurine/Zinc/Copper

Typically best to avoid NAC if you are currently on:

  • Antibiotics — data shows NAC can inactivate certain antibiotics if combined; standard precaution is to separate NAC administration from antibiotic dosing by at least 2 hours.

  • Nitroglycerin — similar to glutathione, NAC may potentiate nitroglycerin's hypotensive/vasodilatory effect creating a dangerous drop in blood pressure if combined

  • Other NAC-containing products same-day — combining IV NAC with oral NAC or cysteine supplements on the same day raises the risk of GI side effects and can push total intake above recommended reference values.

  • Vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin); potential moderate interaction

Options Available

NAC 600mg - $30

NAC 1000mg - $45

Methylcobalamin (Active form of B12)

Can be done as an IM injection or an IV add-on

Methylcobalamin can be more beneficial for those with neurological/nerve-pain indications and patients with impaired kidney function. The strongest evidence in favor of methylcobalamin versus other B12 forms, is in neurological applications: it can promote axonal regeneration and remyelination, improve nerve conduction, and has documented analgesic effects in diabetic neuropathy, low back pain, and neuralgia.

It supports detoxification pathways, gene expression, and DNA synthesis without requiring the body to first strip and reform the methyl group the way it does with cyanocobalamin; beneficial for those with the MTHFR mutation.

Pairs well with:

  • Myer’s Cocktail (added to the bag)

  • Glutathione/NAC

  • ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid)

Options Available

Stand alone IM or add on to IV infusion

Methylcobalamin (B12) 1000mcg - $20

Vitamin D3

Available only in IM injection

  • 50,000IU (single dosage)

  • 100,000IU (double dosage) typically only recommend for those with documented Vitamin D deficiency.

Typically done once every 2 weeks for 3 injections

Options Available

IM injection only

Vitamin D3 50,000IU - $15

Vitamin D 100000IU - $25

Taurine

Is an amino acid. It acts as a neurotransmitter/neuromodulator in the brain, regulates cell volume and calcium levels, forms bile salts for digestion, and supports the nervous system, eyes, heart, and muscles. Our bodies typically produce enough of this amino acid but it can become depleted during illness & stress.

Typically added into the infusion bag with other ingredients such as with a Myer’s Cocktail.

Potential Benefits:

  • Antioxidant/cellular protection — reduces oxidative stress.

  • Cardiovascular support — regulates blood pressure, supports healthy lipid profiles and heart function.

  • Athletic recovery — clears lactic acid buildup, reduces muscle cramping/fatigue, improves oxygen utilization during exercise.

  • Mood/anxiety support — helps produce and modulate GABA, the brain's primary calming neurotransmitter.

  • Nervous system and vision support — abundant in the retina and central nervous system, with a role in eye and neurological health.

  • Immune modulation — antioxidant properties support general immune defense.

Options Available

Taurine 1000mg IV add on - $20

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Typically added in to a compatible infusion bag to infuse over 30-45min

Cornerstone antioxidant used for the following potential benefits:

  • Enhanced immune response — stimulates white blood cell (neutrophil, lymphocyte) production and activity, supporting faster recovery from colds and infections.

  • Reduced cold/illness severity and duration — doses of 200 mg or more daily may reduce common cold severity.

  • Antioxidant replenishment — protects cells from free-radical damage and helps rebuild the body's own antioxidant reserves, especially valuable after illness or high physical stress.

  • Post-viral/post-infectious fatigue recovery — one of the more evidence-supported wellness use cases, since acute infection depletes the body's Vitamin C stores.

  • Collagen synthesis and skin/anti-aging support — vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen production

Options Available

As an add on into IV infusion bag

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 5000mg - $25

Stand Alone High Dose Vitamin C Infusion - $165 (Full IV infusion)

Zinc

Zinc is an essential trace mineral that functions as a cofactor for over 70 different enzymes in the body, giving it a broad benefit profile.

  • Immune system support — helps develop and activate immune cells including T-cells and natural killer cells, and research shows people who take zinc during a cold experience reduced symptom severity and faster recovery.

  • Faster wound healing — essential for cell division and collagen/protein synthesis needed to regenerate tissue after injury; patients with zinc deficiency and skin ulcers particularly benefit.

  • Skin health — supports collagen formation and tissue repair, contributing to clearer skin and reduced inflammation, which pairs well with glutathione/skin-focused infusions.

  • Reduced inflammation — plays a regulatory role in inflammatory pathways, one of the more consistently cited benefits across clinical and wellness sources.

  • Maintains taste, smell, and vision health — zinc deficiency is directly linked to disrupted taste (hypogeusia) and smell (dysosmia); IV zinc helps prevent or correct these deficiency symptoms.

  • Faster bioavailability than oral — bypasses digestive absorption issues entirely, making it useful for patients with GI absorption problems or those wanting immediate immune support before travel or during cold/flu season.

Options Available

Zinc 4mg - $30

L-Carnitine

  • Fat metabolism & energy: L-carnitine is important for ATP (your cell’s energy source) production making it potentially useful for energy support in athletic or weight-loss protocols.

  • Exercise performance & fatigue: Has been reported to improve subjective fatigue and is used in sports/fitness contexts for endurance and recovery.

  • Cardiovascular support: Evidence from randomized trials suggests ban be helpful in improving exercise tolerance.

  • Metabolic and glucose effects: Has shown reductions in fasting glucose, insulin resistance, and HbA1c in metabolic studies, and IV therapy has been reported to enhance insulin activity and glucose oxidation.

  • Brain/nerve support (mainly ALC form): Acetyl‑L‑carnitine crosses the blood–brain barrier and is used for cognitive support, neuropathic pain, and fibromyalgia in some.

Potentially avoid if you fall under any of these categories:

  • Kidney disease: L‑carnitine is cleared renally; use cautiously if patients have CKD or are on nephrotoxic meds (ACE inhibitors, ARBs, NSAIDs).

  • Anticoagulants/antiplatelets: May have mild blood-thinning properties and could amplify warfarin/apixaban effects;

  • Thyroid medications (levothyroxine): L‑carnitine can interfere with thyroid hormone action; doses should be spaced out.

  • Anticonvulsants and certain antibiotics: Carnitine status and drug levels can be affected by valproic acid, carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital, and some pivalate‑conjugated antibiotics.

  • Diabetes medications: May alter glucose handling and insulin requirements; blood sugar monitoring is recommended in diabetic patients

Options Available

L-Carnitine 500mg - $30

Glutamine

  • Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and a primary fuel source for immune cells and intestinal epithelial cells.

  • It’s “conditionally essential”: healthy adults usually make enough, but demand increases with illness, surgery, burns, trauma, and intense training

  • Gut barrier and “leaky gut” support

    • Glutamine is a key fuel for intestinal microvilli and helps maintain tight junction integrity, improving nutrient absorption and barrier function.

    • IV or injected glutamine is used clinically to support Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, IBS, “leaky gut” and ulcer healing, and to preserve intestinal integrity in critical illness or after major surgery.

  • Immune system and recovery from trauma/surgery

    • White blood cells (especially in the gut) rely on glutamine as a primary energy source; supplementation can reduce infection risk after surgery and severe burns, and improve nitrogen balance in critically ill patients.

  • Muscle recovery and exercise

    • Glutamine helps reduce muscle breakdown and may shorten recovery time after intense workouts or trauma.

    • It supplies nitrogen for muscle repair and has been used to counteract muscle wasting.

Options Available

Glutamine 5000mg - $25

Zofran (ondansetron)

Is essentially your “switch off the nausea” medication — it blocks the pathways that trigger vomiting in the gut and brain.

Rapid, targeted anti‑nausea relief.

IV administration bypasses the GI tract, which is ideal when there is actively vomiting or you are too nauseated to tolerate oral meds; onset can be within minutes in IV hangover/rehydration settings.

Commonly and effectively used (off label) for viral gastroenteritis, migraines, GI infections, food poisoning, and dehydration-related nausea.

  • Hangover or alcohol‑related nausea

    • Patients with severe nausea/vomiting after drinking who can’t keep fluids down; IV Zofran helps suppress vomiting so they can tolerate IV hydration, electrolytes, and nutrients, and begin oral intake again.resetiv+4

  • Acute GI illnesses

    • Stomach flu/norovirus, food poisoning, or acute gastroenteritis where the patient is trying to rehydrate but is vomiting repeatedly; adding Zofran to an IV hydration protocol is a high‑yield supportive step.usmobilemedics+2

  • Migraine protocols

    • Many migraine patients have significant nausea; Zofran can be paired with fluids, magnesium, and anti‑migraine meds to help them tolerate treatment and oral meds.

Zofran is a prescription anti‑nausea medication that blocks serotonin signals in the gut and brain, providing fast relief from significant nausea or vomiting due to infections, migraines, hangovers, chemotherapy, or recent surgery. It’s best used when nausea is severe enough to prevent oral hydration or nutrition, and is not needed for mild queasiness or motion sickness.

Toradol (ketoralac)

Is essentially your fast-acting, non‑opioid “strong ibuprofen in an IV” for short‑term moderate to severe pain — very useful in migraine/headaches situations or body aches related to injury or illness.

Often provides pain relief within 30–60 minutes.

Beneficial for:

  • Myer’s Cocktail infusions for hangovers with severe headache or body aches

    • Many hangover protocols offer Toradol as an optional add‑on for intense headache, muscle aches, and inflammatory pain from alcohol overuse, paired with fluids, electrolytes, and Zofran for nausea.

  • Migraine / severe headache protocols

    • IV Toradol is a beneficial component in migraine drips; it reduces headache intensity while IV fluids and magnesium address dehydration and vascular tone.

  • Acute musculoskeletal pain in wellness clients

    • Acute low‑back strain, neck spasm, muscle overuse from intense workouts or travel — Toradol can be used as a one‑time adjunct in a recovery type IV

NAD Infusion
from $350.00

If you’re struggling with brain fog, low motivation, or persistent fatigue, NAD+ IV therapy offers a way to deeply support your cells’ energy systems and help you feel more like yourself again.

What is it?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body. It plays a central role in:

  • Producing energy (ATP) inside your cells.

  • Supporting healthy brain function and mental clarity.

  • Helping repair cellular damage and supporting healthy aging.

  • Regulating mood‑related pathways and stress responses.

As we age—or when we’re under chronic stress, sleep‑deprived, inflamed, or dealing with mental health challenges—NAD+ levels can decline. An NAD+ IV infusion delivers NAD+ directly into your bloodstream, bypassing digestion, so your cells have rapid access to this crucial molecule.

While results vary, many people report:

  • Clearer thinking and less “brain fog”.

  • Better focus and mental stamina throughout the day.

  • More consistent energy and fewer afternoon crashes.

  • Improved motivation and ability to follow through on tasks.

  • Support for mood, resilience, and stress tolerance.

  • Feeling more “rested” and refreshed, even when life remains demanding.

Because NAD+ works at the cellular level, benefits often feel like a general “upgrade” in how you function rather than a quick stimulant effect. We position NAD+ as an adjunct to your existing mental‑health and wellness plan—not a replacement for therapy, medication, or lifestyle work.

What to Expect

  • A carefully measured dose of NAD+ is mixed in IV fluids and infused slowly over about 2–4 hours.

  • The drip rate is adjusted to your comfort—slower rates tend to minimize transient sensations like flushing, nausea or mild tightness. Add on injection options are available for nausea.

  • You can read, listen to music, meditate, or simply rest during the infusion.

  • Once your infusion is complete, we monitor you briefly, remove the IV, and review post‑infusion care.

  • Most patients return to normal activities the same day, often feeling pleasantly tired or relaxed.

Typical Protocols

For cognitive support and fatigue, we usually recommend a short series of infusions rather than a single session:

  • Initial series:

    • 3–5 NAD+ IV infusions, spaced over 1–3 weeks (for example, 1-2 sessions per week).

    • This “loading” phase gives your cells a robust boost.

    • 2 hour once or twice weekly infusions of 250mg NAD+

    • 4 hour once weekly infusions of 500mg NAD+

  • Maintenance:

    • Depending on response, you may choose periodic “booster” infusions—such as once every 4–6 weeks—to help maintain benefits.

    • We tailor frequency to your goals, schedule, and how you feel, not a one‑size‑fits‑all plan.

  • Ongoing integrative care:

    • We combine IV NAD+ with support for sleep, stress, nutrition, and mental‑health treatment so gains are more sustainable.

Who Might Be a Good Candidate?

NAD+ IV infusion may be a good fit if:

  • You deal with persistent brain fog or mental fatigue.

  • You’re functioning, but everything feels harder than it should.

  • You’re already working on sleep, therapy, and/or medication and want an additional, biologically focused tool.

  • You’re looking for healthy‑aging support for your brain and energy.

We’re transparent that NAD+ IV is an adjunctive, wellness‑oriented therapy. It is not FDA‑approved specifically for cognitive fatigue or mental‑health diagnoses, and individual results vary. We’ll help you decide if it fits into your broader treatment strategy
