I will not be taking any Medicaid (Iowa Total Care, Wellpoint, Molina) or Medicare plans at this time.
Majority of Wellmark/BCBS Plans (HMO, PPO) See below under the ‘Rates’ section for all plans accepted. I do NOT take the marketplace Wellmark ‘UnityPoint’ plan.
